“Gangavataran”------- a large rock – cut sculpture, depicts the descent of the celestial river Ganga, in a sea shore temple in south India, remains us how the Garhwal Himalayas are indelibly etched in the memories of Indians. The snow capped peaks of Garhwal have always cast a unique spell on all.

Nestling under the shadow of the divine soul “ devatama”, the undisputed King of mountains, lie “ Devbhomi’, -------- the abode of Gods ---- a region of unparalleled beauty and enduring enchantment.

Garhwal Himalayas bless by nature, the lush green valleys, snow capped mountains, enticing bugyals (meadows), crystal clear lakes, sacred rivers, luxuriant forest, dazzling glaciers, rich culture, flora and fauna make this region paradise on the earth.

The Panch Prayag (five conflunce) ie. Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, Karanprayag, Rudraprayag and Deoprayag. PanchKedar (five part of Lord Shiva) ie. Kedarnath; hump, Madhyamaheshwer ; neval, Tungnath; arm, Rudranath; head and last Kalpeshwer hair.
